HP printers do not work with AutoCAD 2015 on Windows 8

Issue:
When you try to use an HP printer with AutoCAD 2015 on Windows 8 or 8.1, the printer cannot be selected and reverts to "None" or the print process hangs and fails. The following warning usually occurs:

None: The plotter configuration cannot be used for one of these reasons: the driver cannot be fount, the device cannot be found, or the driver has a problem.
The None plotter device has been substituted.

AutoCAD 2013 and 2014 on the same computer are able to successfully plot to the device.

原因:
The HP printers that fail to work may be older models that HP does not support on Windows 8, such as the Designjet 800 and 1050c plotters.

解決方案:
請選擇下列任何一種方案
1. 列印為 PDF 格式，再通過Adobe Reader列印。
2. 使用 AutoCAD 2014 進行列印。
