On the Start menu (Windows), click Run.
In the Run dialog box, enter regedit.
Locate the key indicated in the error message.
Right-click on the key. Click Permissions.
In the Permissions dialog box, change the permissions to Full Control for the user.
If this key does have the correct permissions, check the key above it in the hierarchy.
主要是編輯登錄檔，所以要小心使用！
