問題：

Causes:
解決方案：
● 檢查並確認授權文件與目錄設定無誤 Make sure the license file path in the Config services tab is correct.
● 確認勾選 "LMTOOLS ignore license file path environment variables",並重啟服務 and then try to restart the service.
● 暫停特定防毒軟體後重啟服務，目前有紀錄"Sophos Endpoint Security" 可能導致出現 -1,359 錯誤.
